We believe Universal can thrive while being a good neighbor.

We’re asking for a practical, lasting solution that protects the peace and quality of life for the communities around it.

A Practical Path Forward

We believe a world-class attraction and a livable residential community can coexist. We’re not asking Universal to eliminate all noise. We’re asking for meaningful mitigation of the rider screams reaching nearby homes and for Universal to work with neighbors on a practical, lasting solution.

Exploring effective noise-mitigation measures that protect surrounding neighborhoods.

Communicating openly with residents about what is being evaluated and implemented.

Working toward a solution that allows Universal and its neighbors to coexist.

Community leaders are calling for action, too.

The Greater Toluca Lake Neighborhood Council has adopted a resolution urging Universal to address the noise affecting surrounding neighborhoods and pursue meaningful mitigation.
